| a) Annual Fee can be revised annually as per the decision of the Managing Committee, DPS(Joka),South Kolkata. |

| c) A Late Fine is payable if the fee is paid after 10th of the month for which fee is payable. |

| INSTRUCTION |
| 1). Keeping the summer vacation in mind, the collective Tuition Fee and Transport Fee for the month of May & June each year must be cleared by 10th of May. Similarly, keeping the academic year closing in mind the collective Tuition Fee and Transport Fee for the month of February & March each year must be cleared by 10th February.

| 2). In case of doubt regarding the payment of any dues parents are advised to clarify the matter with the Administrative wing. |
