Terms and Conditions

1. Any disputes on Payment details will be settled by the online payment system and the School's responsibility is limited to provision of information only.

2. School is not responsible if Online Payment System rejects the fee payment because of incorrect or incomplete entries.

3. The record of the instructions given and transaction with the School shall be conclusive proof and binding for all the purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.

4. Delhi Public School, Joka does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the students for online payment. However, the students might have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks.

5. School is at liberty to withdraw at any time the Online Fee Payment System, or any services provided there under, in respect of any or all the account(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.

6. In case of online fee payment, sometimes dispute arises regarding non-receipt of fee by the school. In such cases, the school will ask the parents to submit their bank statement as proof that payment has been debited from their account

7. A Late Fine is payable if the fee is paid after 10th of the month for which fees is payable

8. No deduction in fees payable will be made for holidays and/or broken periods. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

9. The above rules are not exhaustive and in no way limit the right of the School to alter or introduce any other rule to regulate collection of fees and other charges.
